2003 toyota camry. Noticed a ticking noise when idling, and a slight rattling when accelerating about a month ago. Mfaybe its just my imagaination but Im pretty sure its getting a louder.

Ticking seems to be coming from a little metal box attatched to the hose coming from the air filter to the intake. I think the ticking gets faster when I accelearate, but its hard to hear over the engine at that point.

The rattling noise I only hear when Im in the car and driving. either iddling or accelerting. Its not so much a "rattle" as a vibration maybe? Not sure if its related but htought Id mention it.

Oh, and check engine light just came on. Idling seems a little high when in park.

any thoughts?

I am a bit puzzled of, do I need to take another CBT course in may 2012? I have got my original certificate for my CBT but it doesn't say (as far as I know) whether I have to re take it. Should I be fine to ride on my Full UK license even after May 2012? and can I take the L plates off and carry pavilions?
