Like I wanted to save money so I decided to do the oil change by myself, I managed to empty the oil tank and at the supermarket there is two kind of oil like canola and olive.

They say the canola is better because there is more omega3 but I wonder if omega 3 are totally important for cars, because car are not like humans.

So witch one should I totally choose ?

Just try Cod Liver oil. It drives very fast. That's what they use for F1.

Oil is evil and bad for Gaia… fill your engine with love and sunshine and it will emit nothing but water and peace.

1 every supermarket has motor oil
2 all my markets have peanut oil,,sunflower,,,vegtable,,,pick up some multivitemans to put in engine too,
3 ALL non motor oil costs WAY more than any edibal oil,,motor oil can b had for as low as 2/3 dollars a qt,,much cheaper..so your not saveing by doing it yerself,

I would use olive oil for my baguettes

I would use canola for my fried chicken

But I wouldn't use either for my VW

Go to your local garage and ask them for some used oil. It's cheaper (or free !) and you can change it whenever you want. And don't bother with an oil filter since it has already been filtered.
