Like I wanted to save money so I decided to do the oil change by myself, I managed to empty the oil tank and at the supermarket there is two kind of oil like canola and olive.

They say the canola is better because there is more omega3 but I wonder if omega 3 are totally important for cars, because car are not like humans.

So witch one should I totally choose ?

I have a 2002 volkswagen beetle, and my dad tried putting antifreeze last night (your standard green kind) and he mixed it right it with what I now know is the special volkswagen type of antifreeze. It was a very small amount, But will it hurt my car?

Also, how do I know when to change the antifreeze?

What would be the best brand?
